For best results, upload a clear photo where your pet's full face is visible in a front view, with good lighting, no heavy filters, and high resolution. If the photo is not ideal, we'll reach out before starting your artwork.
If your photo is not clear enough, our team will reach out before starting your artwork so we can make sure the final design looks its best.
Yes. Some products allow you to add more than one pet. Choose the correct number of pets before checkout so we can prepare the artwork properly.
Yes. You can choose from the available background colors or select "Other" and share a HEX code, RGB code, or general color theme for our designer to match.
Timeline usually looks like this:
